End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to Star Tilde Audio LLC ("Star Tilde Audio", "we", "us", or "our").

Introduction

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Star Tilde Audio LLC governing your acquisition and use of our audio software applications, including but not limited to Star Harmony VST. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our software, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this EULA, Star Tilde Audio LLC hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use our software for both personal and commercial audio production purposes on devices that you own or control.

Restrictions

You expressly agree not to:

• Distribute, share, lease, lend, rent, sell, or sublicense access to our software or your license key in any form.
• Use our software in any manner that violates applicable law or for any purpose not expressly permitted by this EULA.
• Attempt to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise derive the source code of our software, except to the extent that such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that Star Tilde Audio LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights embodied therein. Our software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA does not transfer any ownership interest in our software to you.

Fulfillment Policies

Delivery Policy

Upon verification of your purchase, the software, including applicable license keys and download credentials, will be provisioned to your designated account, creating a centralized repository for your convenience and access.

Refund Policy

In the event you experience technical difficulties with our software, or if it fails to meet your professional requirements or expectations, please contact our support team at support@startildeaudio.com. We will evaluate refund eligibility based on the specific circumstances of your situation.

Return Policy

Due to the intangible digital nature of our software products, traditional return mechanisms are not applicable. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction through the refund policy provisions outlined above.

Cancellation Policy

Star Tilde Audio LLC reserves the right to cancel purchases and revoke licenses, without refund, in instances where license key sharing or other violations of this EULA are detected. We maintain the unilateral right to terminate access to our software under such circumstances.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. STAR TILDE AUDIO LLC HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL STAR TILDE AUDIO LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF STAR TILDE AUDIO LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated by you or Star Tilde Audio LLC. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.

General Provisions

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Star Tilde Audio LLC regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements. Star Tilde Audio LLC reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time, with the most current version always available on our website.
